Hi,
Please go to Appearance > Customize > Single Posts > Font Size: change the post content font size at the "Font Size for Blockquote" and "Font Size for Blockquote Author" options.

This option I had changed. This option changes the post fonts, but does not change the citation font.

Hi,
Please go to Appearance > Customize > Single Posts > Font Size: change the post content font size at the "Font Size Text Inside Post Content" option.

I changed the font size from 13 to 20 and nothing. I made several changes but nothing changes the font size.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > General > Typography: you can change the font and other typography options in this section.
