Hi,
1. Please go to Appearance > Menus: select and remove all sub-menu like the screenshot below:
The menu item you selected to display the category mega menu needs to be the top level of your menu and this menu item doesn't have any child menu items.
2. About the footer issue, please deactivate the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin then check again.

i didn't understand how to correct mega menu, can you do it yourself through anydesk or other way
and i created a footer block through penci block and select that block in the footer section, see screenshot

Hi,
1. Please remove all the sub-menu items you've added to the mega menu items. The menu item you selected to display the category mega menu needs to be the top level of your menu and this menu item doesn't have any child menu items.
2. The vertical menu bar doesn't display because you've to replace Soledad default footer code with the Elementor, so all the vertical menu content also was removed.
