Yes. The backup file from Updraft can help you restore the theme style.

This happened when i asked bluehost to clone the website to coaches.ioakim.training the next morning the website was down and when they "fix" it back up they told me its theme problem. after two days fighting i moved to site ground.

I have backups from updraft, you think this can help?

Hi,

I've checked your site, the problem is that the Easy Updates Manager plugin has deleted all the customizer data of your site, so you should restore a backup to make your site working correctly again.
