The email doesn't show because you've already logged in to your site.
Please log out or check your site in incognito/private browser mode.

I did turn on the "Commenter must fill in [display name] and [email address] fields" in the settings, and I did not check any hidden options in Customize > Single Post > Comment Form. Why do I have only one input box in the comment section of my site?
