I've checked your site, the problem is that you've not activated the Penci Recipe plugin.

I've activated this plugin, and now your page display properly.

Hi,

Create Critical CSS was already on.  I have tried turning it off and then turn on again. then I cleaned all the site cache. The problem remains

Hi,

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Speed Optimization > Optimize CSS: turn on the "Create Critical CSS" option then clear all the site cache & check again.
