1. I've checked your site but haven't found the elements like your screenshot,

2. Maybe your header was built with the Penci Header Builder, please check it at dashboard > Header Builder: click the "Edit with Penci Header Builder button".

Hi,

This is a topbar element, you can disable it by going to Appearance > Customize > TopBar > General Settings: turn on the "Enable Top Bar" option.
