Hi,
I've checked your site, the problem is that you've added the wrong CSS syntax at Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS, so all the inline CSS not working.
I've fixed this issue.
Please check.

Bonus: I see the topbar menu background color I like when I customize the Header Builder (like the one in this demo site: https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-craft-diy-blog2/), but when I view my site in a new tab it's still white (see pics below)

I remember I added a piece of html to the footer with elementor, but then removed it.

Hi,
Your header was built with the Penci Header Builder, so please customize it by going to dashboard > Header Builder: click the "Edit with Penci Header Builder" on the current header layout then start to customize it on this screen.

Hello,
My top bar menu was still normal until yesterday. I didn't remember what I did but its background color automatically became white. I tried reinstalling but it didn't work.
