Hi,
To do that, please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

@media only screen and (min-width: 1170px){\
.penci-sidebar-content{ width: 26%; }\
.container.penci_sidebar #main{ width: 74% }\
}\
Change number 26 & 74 on the above code to value you want. And make sure total of that 2 value is 100
Example: 25 & 75
