Hi,
Your post layout was built with the Elementor, so go to the dashboard > Post Templates: edit the current layout with the Elementor & modify all the post layouts on this page.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Quick Text Translation: search and replace the "written by" text in this section.

How do I remove the & from where it says written by? It doesnt matter if I change the user it still keeps the &
