Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

.penci-topbar-trending .penci-trending-nav,
a.penci-topbar-post-title {
    margin-top: 3px;
}

You can change 3px to the value you want to show.

Please edit the header layout with the Penci Header Builder, then drag & drop then Sticky News element into the middle column then check again.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Topbar > General Settings > Custom Max-Width for "Top Posts": change the width of the title you want to show on this option.
