You can insert this element by editing your page with the Elementor, inserting the Penci Latest Post widget, select the layout you want to show like the screenshot below:

Dear Sir/Madam,
How can we do the list post (latest post) to be as the attached file? The attached file shows that the lates post is some kind of header because it has been section and it is above the other posts which is small size. and please also give us how to do the load more button and the infinite scroll for this particular post list.
Could you please give me the instruction?
