Really, I don't know what's difficult here.
You just need set an featured image for your video posts format and everything will work.
On the layout - it will appears like this image
If you want to make the video appears on the layout - you need to use classic or standard layout as I said before - here is example for standard layout.

Yes, but they don't show me how to do it.
They just show a bunch of different videos

You can take a look here - you will see the way Video Posts Format displayed.
Will has an icon play appears on featured images - and when you go to the posts - your video will appears.
And as I said in my previous comment, if you want to make video appears on your layouts - please use Standard or Classic layout. All other layouts doesn't supports appears video post format on the layouts.

I am so sorry for all the trouble, but I don't think that the manuals are very well explained :(
It just makes no sense, because then why are all these tabs installed to choose video, quote, standard etc?
If I choose standard, I cannot put a video link in?
And I cannot add a video in the 'featured image' link in the right side
I cannot get a "video" to appear as featured image on the front side.

Yeah, you need to set a featured image for all your posts.
The video icon will appears on the featured images in the layout you're using.
The video just appears on Standard & Classic layouts as showing on our demos.

I just have one thing.
I have read the manual, and tried to do what it says, but nothing happens.....
I want a video for primary picture.
The manual says that I have to put the link into the form above, and choose video.
It comes above the text after saving, but not as primery picture, on the blogs front side, when I look through the posts (Like every post have a picture - primary, on the front side)

1/ About instagram issues, I see it work fine now.
2/ This issue caused by you did selected Customize > General Options > Sort Order > is "Ascending"
I just change it to "Descending" and seem it working fine now.
Please un-sticky all your posts to make sure it work fine for all

1/ Please send me your site admin url and admin account ( username and password ) - not instagram account. I made this ticket is private, so you don't need to worry about this.
2/ No - If you makes your posts is sticky posts. It will override the order with all posts not sticky.
You shouldn't set sticky posts for any posts.

Now I have regenerated the thumbnails & the speed, but nothing happens.
Is it password & username to Instagram or to my website you want? & how do I send you a private message?
I can seee that my post is not chronological (newest first & oldest last) why is that?
My post should be sticky, to be shown on the front side, yes?

1/ Your slider to heavy because you didn't regenerate thumbnails after activate the theme.
We've said about it in the documentation for Soledad theme here
Please install plugin Regenerate Thumbnails - After installed the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails, go to admin > Tools > Regen. Thumbnails > Click button "Regenerate All Thumbnails" and wait for it until it's done 100%

1/ Because you're displayed social media on 2 spaces: on the menu and below the logo.
You can disable one via Customize > Logo and Header Options > un-check on "Enable Social Media on Main Navigation"
2/ In this video tutorial, we've doing this from the begin - you just need do following it.
3/ Your config are wrong for this place - please make your config look like this image

I have done that now. But now on the phone, why do I then have to social media icons below each other in the menu? (See attached)
And I am having a hard time making a portfolio? The manual/video doesn't shoe how you build it from scratch ( i can't make it as a photography portfolio with some sub categories with pictures in.
And also.. The instagram slider in the bottom of the site does not work. When I put it on, it is giant - so you cannot see the pictures. I just want it in ordinary/medium sized and to slide

\The Soledad display at the top of your site is logo and It's an image.
\You can replace this with your logo via Customize > Logo and Header Options > "Upload Logo" & "Logo for Vertical & Mobile Nav"
\Have a lot of way to help you create a logo, you can search on google with keyword "create logo online free"
