background image not showing up on live site

Hi,
I've checked your site, the problem is that these background images come from our demo server, but your site can't get them to show on the front end.
I've downloaded and imported it into your site media gallery. Now it is showing correctly.
Please check.

I am trying to add the background image to this section and it shows up how I want it in the Elementor preview (first 2 photos) but not on the live website. It just shows a gray box on the live website in 2 of the 3 places. Any suggestions? https://genesisspicesandteas.com/
