Your header layout was built with the Penci Header Builder, so, please go to dashboard > Header Builder: click the "Edit with Penci Header Builder" on the current header then change the logo size like the screenshot below:

The logo image displayed on your site will auto-resize by the ratio.
If you want to change the logo size, please enter the value to:
- Set a Max Height for Logo,
- Set a Max Width for Logo,
