I've fixed this issue by disable the WP External Links plugin.

Hi,

I need to personalize teh archive but when I select the related tab under Appearance > Customize > General > Category, Tag, Search, Archive Pages, the only thing that I can see is an animated circle never stopping with no access to the personalization tab. How overcame the issue? The theme is upgraded to the last release 8.3.1 and WP is 6.1.1. Thx.
