1) How do we create tabs to the category blocks like " Business/ Technology/ Fashion etc, and also the category block on the left hand side bar, "Fitness" ?

Also, how do we enable "feature news", or editors pick to remain at the top? Like sticky posts. Some news themes have this automatic
