Hi,
I've fixed this issue by going to dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Features > Select "Inactivate" at the "Improved CSS Loading" option.
Please clear all the cache then check again.

We used Soledad theme and penci tool for website.
After the website completion, it sometimes shows totally different from how we built.
The attached vedio is the website we built.
The two photos with yellow portion and pink words are abnormal, even though the back end look normal.
The abnormal status comes randomly. The other pages sometimes are error too.
