Hi,

Can you send me the problem detail? About the post view count, this is a problem with the cache plugin. Your site display content from the cache, so the post count still doesn't update correctly on the archive page.

We are yet to get revert for the ticket - PUBLIC TICKET #3220319.

Please check that ticket for full details - i have attached screen shots of various issues in the previous ticket.

hi team,

PUBLIC TICKET #3220319

We raised a ticket in the first week of Feb' 23, we have reminded multiple times on same ticket and we are yet to get any ticket. Our website traffic has gone down substantially post installation of this theme. Can you please look into this on priority.
