I'm clear. Thanks for this tip, and now this issue has been resolved. Style 8 and featured image part can work.

Hi,
The Auto Get Featured Image option only works with the image that you've already uploaded to the Media Library and insert it via the WordPress Toolbar editor.

Hi support team -
Copy that, but I am not quite clear how the option "Auto Get Featured Image from Post Content" runs - according to the function description (see attachment), the featured image should automatically appears on the top when it is not set up yet, and in the meantime, my post content has a few images - the first one should have be picked up for the featured image automatically. Am I correct ?
Please correct me if anything goes wrong.

Hi support team -
I just customised my post template as follows with Single Posts Template style 8 and enable the option "Auto Get Featured Image From Post Content", but it appears the featured image did not show up on top at all as the style 8 claims.
How should I fix that ?
All other image processing plugins have been removed / deactivated from from the back end.
