The table of content only works with the content on the single page/post/post-type only. You can't insert it via the category or other archive pages.

Unfortunately, the table of content doesn't working on the archive pages, it only works on a single post/page.

Currently, the Table Of Content section only supports Post/Page without a category.
If I want it to appear in the category (Description), which shortcode can I use? (eg [pencil_toc])
