Hi,

1. Please go to Appearance > Customize > General > Category, Tag, Search, Archive Pages > Archive Builder Templates: reset all the settings under this heading then check again,

Hi,

The customizer is not functioning correctly because you have installed plugins that conflict with it. Please attempt to disable the WP External plugin and check again.
