Some ad banners directly insert via the Elementor Page Builder, you need to edit your page/post with the Elementor and then modify the ads banner on this page.

Hi, I added Adsense code in all the places in Ads Manager but one this is still confusing me how to let Adsense know to put add in attached location. when I go to Adsense website it shows me couple of places to show adds but I don't want new places . I only want this attached places to show adds. How do I do that ?

1. You can manage all the ads units on the Soledad theme by going to dashboard > Soledad > Ads Manager,
2. Some ad banner display on the sidebar, you can modify them by navigating to Appearance > Widgets.
