Please go to Appearance > Customize > Homepage > Home Featured Boxes: change these content in this section.

theme blog page archive template can't be edited

when the post page is designated to blog page like in the 1st. attached picture. then the blog page looks like 2nd attached picture and there is no way I can edit the part in the 3rd. picture and there is no way I can change it to my customized archive template
