I update all the plugin and the wordpress to the latest version, but the theme not have the update button..

How to update?

Hello! I am having problems regarding the media files (pictures / videos) uploaded by an editor, in the sense that they are not visible to the other editors. Including a photo gallery module installed by admin is not visible to editors. The problem with the media files is quite serious, since the uploading of the same media files by 4, 5 editors leads to the overloading of the space unnecessarily.

I really need help on this subject, as soon as possible. I mention that I also wrote on the Facebook group, where I received an advice about updates, but they were done. I have had this problem since installing the theme. 

If necessary, I can provide credentials with admin rights.
