The WooCommerce import will ignore the product that contain the same product slug/title/SKU in the current products listing.
If you want to import from the beginning, please delete all the current products, then start to import progress again.

The problem is that your WordPress doesn't allow uploading the custom file type.

1. I have imported a woocommerce home page template from soledad library.
I have disabled the page featured image.
Don't know why the huge feature image is still showing ??? How do I get rid of that?
2. My demo installed is News Station. It does not come with any woocommerce products. I need demo shop products from soledad.
The shop landing demo template doesn't import demo shop products either.
I will have a news site with a custom shop layout using soledad custom header and woocommerce page template. therefore, I will need soledad demo products imported in order to showcase it to my target vendors.
