Your header was built with the Penci Header Builder, so please go to dashboard > Header Builder: click "Edit with the Penci Header Builder" and then start to change the logo size on this screen.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Logo & Header > Logo: change the logo size at the:

- Set A Max Width for Logo,

- Set A Height for Logo Image
