I did use the option full size for the image, my images are 700px wide, the text i believe is 1000. How to change that text is 700 as well? 1000 for text is too wide.

By default, if you selected images size is "large" or "full size" before insert to your editor - it will the same width. Seem you didn't do that. Please check this image for more.
