The bug is extremely annoying. A bug like this makes users leave the site.
We have renewed the support for 6 months only for this bug.
You can disable the optimization plugins if it allows you to correct the problems.

Hi,
The problem is that the Revolution Slider conflict with the Penci Shortcode & Performance plugin.
You need to disable the Delay JS at Appearance > Customize > Speed Optimization > Optimize Javascript to make the slider show immediately after user visits your site.

Hi,
I've checked your site, the problem is that the Penci Shortcode & Permance plugin has delayed all the JS scripts, so the users need to interact with your site to activate the slider.
If you want the revolution slider showing immediately, please go to Appearance > Customize > Speed Optimization > Optimize Javascripts > Exclude Scripts from Delay Execution: enter the following content:

Hello,
I have some problems that I would like to solve on my Revolution Slider. I have 2 problems that can come from the theme according to several developers.
1) The slider doesn't display directly and leaves a blank when the page is launched.
2) The slider is not in full screen. The problem is not Slider Revolution.
