yes, I know how to design the layout but I don't know how the homepage on the computer can be different to the one on the phone, like which settings do I need to "change". Or what do I need to select to make the mobile homepage only show on the phone?

Is there a way to change the layout of the homepage on a mobile view without changing the layout of the homepage on the desktop view.
I'm happy with the layout of my homepage on the desktop view but don't like how it looks on the mobile view.
