Hi,

1. Please go to Appearance > Customize > Logo & Header > Main Bar & Primary Menu: turn off the "Enable Social Icons on Main Bar" option,

2. Maybe something is wrong with the WP-JSON or another plugin conflicts with the new UI of WordPress,

Please install the Classic Widget plugin for your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/. This plugin will revert the Widget setting to the old look.
