No menu in the header

Hi,

Please go to Appearance > Menus > create or select a menu for your main navigation > scroll down and check to "Primary Menu" at the bottom.

Hello,

I was working on my menu and accidentally deleted something. Now my header section looks like this (see picture). What can I do to reverse this?

I am using the header layout "header 6".
