Hi,

If your site using the cache, the time display in this area is the time cache files.

Please install the WP Date and Time Shortcode plugin and insert the shortcode into the area you want to show. It loads the time via javascript so it can bypass the cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-date-and-time-shortcode/

Hi,

the theme does not update the time.
Even if I clear all caches the time remains the same.

I took snapshots from mobile and desktop.
