Thank you for that! How can I set that I see the latest posts from the selected categories (Japan, Seychelles, South Korea...) and not the latest posts from all categories? Thank you

This is a heading Ajax filter. You can enable it by selecting the Big Grid/Latest Posts/Featured Cat/Small List elements, expanding the Heading Ajax Filter then modifying the settings like the screenshot below:
