Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

.penci_facebook_widget .fb_iframe_widget {
    max-width: 340px;
    max-height: 120px;
    overflow: hidden;
}

Change 120px to the height you want to show.
