Hi again, thank you, problem is solved. It was a plugin from my old theme causing all the trouble. Soledad is installed and running!

Hi, I just bought the Soledad theme. It is in zip-format, but wordpress won't install it. I've tried four times, there is always a "kCFError" (see attachment). If there is no solution, could I please get a refund since it's not working. My wordpress Version is 6.2.2
