Hi,
Soledad theme doesn't support Elementor Header & Footer theme builder because it has removed almost the header elements of the default Soledad theme.

Hi Soledad, sorry for my mistake, After I optimized the speed according to the method in this article, the score on page speed has indeed improved significantly. But my top bar or bottom header fails to show up every time (I have two kinds of headers for different content, one is Topbar+Mid Header, one is Mid Header + Bottom Header, all headers made by Elementor), can you help?
