Hi,
You can change the heading style by going to Appearance → Customize → Homepage → Home Title Box → Home Title Box Style.

Thanks. I know that's where I go to change the text. But how do I change the style? I.e. remove the white border box or use one of the other styles that show in your theme demos? For example on this image, your style 
shows as blue reversed block with underline. So it must relate to the stylesheet I've selected?

Hi,
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Homepage → General → Custom Heading Title of Latest Posts Section: change the text on this option.

Thanks for your prompt reply. The Home Page is using the LATEST POSTS, rather than a static page, so I'm unsure how to (or whether I can) access the Elementor when the posts page kind of builds itself?

Please edit your page with the Elementor, select this element then expand the Content → Heading Title: change the block heading title content on this section.

I've looked in documentation, but can't figure out how to change the style of the LATEST PRODUCTS on home page to something different. I don't like it in the shadowed box.
