This issue caused by you did check on "Hide Header" here

Hi Team,

I have 2 problems......

While i was try to setup my website, i found that the top bar and header section are not displaying. I have read through the documentation and followed the procedure but still it is not displaying. Please see the attached screenshots. I remember, in the first 2 days the top bar and header section worked correctly, however this problem i am seeing it since morning.
After the basic setup of my recipe theme, when i view my website in mobile, it is not displaying correctly as shown in the PenVegan Demo.

I have used the Pen Vegan theme, with static home page. Please help.
