I got it what is the issue.

As per your last message
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → Infinity Scrolling Load Posts → Load Posts Type: select "Next Posts".

This is already selected. you can see that in my first screenshot.

Now issue is

When we are latest post it's shows nothing when we reach to end of that post.

After That when we are on second last latest post i can see only one post in infinity scroll.

So you might need to update that function and put the message that you are on latest post or something that we can change so user can navigate to other posts.

Hope you understand if no let me know i will explain via Loom.

I cross check with your video and in iOS only it's working but for Android device it's also not working so can you please check and let me know.

I Try to enable  Infinity Scrolling Load from customization option on below website. but somehow it's not working for me works only in iPhone can you please check what is the issue ?
