Hi,
We have 2 websites with the same problem. Maybe it's due to a recent update...
It seems that youtube video are not displayed anymore on desktop for anonymous user. if i'm connected in frontend, it's ok. On mobile, it's ok too !
We use elementor to create the pages and we set an element "video".
We tried clearing cache and js/css but it doesn't work. I have also try to update the theme on one of our site but no luck.
When i change to the default theme, everything is working !
