In this case, you need to upgrade your Twitter account to the premium to get the access token.

Hello,
Using the Penci Social Feed plugin, I try to connect my Twitter account using the link - and I get the following message from Twitter:
There is no request token for this page. That's the special key we need from applications asking to use your Twitter account. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake."
Any way to get this working?
