Hi,

About the blue background color on the header, please go to the dashboard → Header Builder: click "Edit with Penci Header Builder" on the current header layout then start to change the background properties on this page.

Hi,

This is not an error of Soledad or demo content. Maybe something is wrong with the WP-JSON or another plugin conflicts with the new UI of WordPress,

Please install the Classic Widget plugin for your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/. This plugin will revert the Widget setting to the old look.
