2. Regarding the demo import issue, it may be due to a connection problem between your server and our demo server. Please try checking again later.

Hello, I bought your theme yesterday, but I am having problems downloading the theme or importing the templates. First, the templates are very heavy and difficult to download easily. It takes sometimes more than 30 minutes to an hour to import the template or theme. The other thing is that most of the themes are after installing them through WordPress on the site. It does not appear on a regular basis, and there are many errors and unorganized writings, knowing that the site is new and I have not installed another theme on it. Please help in this matter
