Hi,
You've enabled the vertical menu, so the header builder doesn't work.
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Vertical Navigation & Hamburger Menu → General → Turn off the "Enable Vertical Navigation" option.

Hello :-)
after i switched soledad theme to another theme and than switched back to soledad theme im not able to edit my header with header builder. It's just not showing up. Maybe you can take a look. Thank you
