I can't access your site, please try to disable the Penci Soledad Optimizer plugin, clear all the cache, and then check again.

the theme no longer loads and is just giving a wire frame menu of the site. It has some {{hpp_critical}} error at the top of the page. There were no issues or bugs in the upgrade notes so it seems the issue is with Soledad.
