Hi,

By default, WhatsApp uses the standard social open graph meta by Facebook. So we ran the page in the Facebook Object Debugger and the desired image shows up. Usually, if the image is loading within the Facebook debugger and not within WhatsApp then probably there could be an issue specific to WhatsApp or something else that we’re not aware of.

Furthermore, the image requirements and recommendations for WhatsApp are different from that of Facebook. Unfortunately, we were unable to find an official guideline for WhatsApp’s image requirements. In the past, it was recommended that the image needed to be under 300kb in size and 256x256px but not larger than 400x400px. Can you please add a little bit bigger image that follows those recommendations and see if it is displayed on WhatsApp?

when we inspect our theme its not showing any href link in desktop,pls correct this bug now and update this template. then the problem will resolve. its a very big issue mostly people share on whatsapp. this is not the desktop problem now if it is then it should not also work on soledad theme.
