I see a lot of customer use this theme with Disqus. Seem you did something wrong to make it doesn't work.

Hi Penci,
I wanted to install Disqus on my site, but it doesn't show after installation (and retried multiple times). It all seems so easy to implement, but after dozens of tries, it doesn't seem to show up. I also tried it on a other Soledad site I own, but also no effect.
The helpdesk there said it might be the theme... is that true? And what do I do about this situation?
