Hello, if I want the featured image in my blog posts to be excluded from lazy load, what file name do I add here in WP rocket settings?

I was given the following note to try and improve my LCP score: "For images below the fold, lazy loading is fine, but critical resources above the fold should be loaded without lazy load so they're displayed as soon as possible. This should help bring your LCP within range."
