Hi,

If you want the popup image to show faster, please consider uploading the image file type (JPG,PNG,GIF,JPEG) instead of the SVG format.

Thanks for your prompt support. However, I find the black canva of popup now and it takes time to see full image.

Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

.penci-lazy.pc-hdbanner3 {
  max-height: 100px;
}
.penci-header-signup-form img{
    max-height: 197px;
}

Clear all the site caches, browser caches and check again.

I often find my home page website isn't loading properly when I open it even though I need to refresh it one or two times.
