I have updated soledad, and activated elementor, and I can see header builder but I still can't figure out how to edit the footer.

Your site running the outdate version of Soledad, please download/update Soledad to the latest version (v8.3.9) and then check again.

I did as you suggested, but the theme was already up to date and the footer is still uneditable.

Any attempt to use customizer crashes site with fatal error. There is no menu item on dashboard for editing footer. Client needs to change address. Running 7.4.0
